(More customer reviews)Boss FV-50H Stereo Volume Pedal This will be the second time I have owned one of these exact same volume pedals. I guess it worked well with my previous keyboard which was a Roland. But, I must not have had a very good keyboard or something, because when I got it this time, & put it on my Hammond X-B2 Organ Keyboard, I found that it DIMINISHED the overall sound A WHOLE LOT! It was a big difference. My maximum output was not very loud at all! I don't remember that happening with the previous Boss of this same type I owned years ago, (but then that was about 15 years or more ago so my memory might be dim on the subject). I am returning this one & trying another brand. I am in the middle of a Revival, with a guitar, a drummer, & a pianist playing along with me. I had to stop playing and remove the Boss volume pedal & connect my keyboard straight to the amplifier to get the volume I needed to put out just to blend in with the other instruments. The sound it put out was clear, but there just was not enough sound. So, I don't want to lead anyone astray, by the previous review I wrote on this pedal. I don't know if this pedal was defective, or if it just doesn't do a good job for keyboards. You might want to consider another brand.
